The evolution of the corrugated panel.
Staluflex® is a sandwich panel with a corrugated aluminium sheet core or in galvanised steel produced by Starcell. A careful control on raw materials, on the completely automated process and, above all, an innovative bonding allow Starcell to offer the market, with the same mechanical characteristics, a panel with a considerable advantage in terms of aesthetic quality, cost-effectiveness and guarantee over time. Staluflex® panels are used in construction, furniture, shipbuilding, railway and all those sectors where mechanical characteristics, lightness and fire resistance are required. Light, rigid, flat, incombustible, 100% recyclable, aesthetically free from surface defects, beautiful, Italian! Staluflex® panels can be covered with a wide range of materials and finishes (natural marble and granite, ceramic, HPL and CPL decorative laminates, solid surfaces, wood, stainless steel, special metals).
ALUMINUM CORRUGATED PANEL
Staluflex® AL is a sandwich panel with a corrugated aluminium core which has been treated superficially and skins in natural coarse aluminium or treated superficially.
STALUFLEX® AL panels are widely used in the most varied fields of application, thanks to their particular characteristics: lightness, high rigidity and flatness, high mechanical performance, fire resistance, absence of toxic fumes, dimensional stability over time and ease of processing with common machine tools. In the civil engineering sector, they are chosen by architectural firms for their versatility both in the structural field (e.g. ventilated façades, flooring, partition walls, sunshades, canopies, parapets) and in finishing (furnishings and fittings in general); in the transport sector, the railway and naval market represent two fundamental uses of the panels, chosen to build partition walls, false ceilings, bathrooms and raised floors. The fact the panels can be totally recycled, entirely in aluminium, extends their use wherever regulations or the commitment to environmental protection represent an essential constraint.
CORRUGATED PANEL IN GALVANIZED STEEL
Staluflex® ZN is a sandwich panel made with a corrugated galvanised steel core attached between two skins in galvanised steel. The panel is produced with high quality standards thanks to the automised continuous production line. The main characteristics of the panels are their high rigidity and flatness coupled with the lightness and total recyclability.
STALUFLEX® ZN panels are widely used in the most varied fields of application, thanks to their particular characteristics: lightness, high rigidity and flatness, high mechanical performance, fire resistance, absence of toxic fumes and dimensional stability over time. This product represents one of the best solutions for applications on floating or structural floors in construction, ships, trains and buses as well as a vertical coating for the building, shipbuilding and railway industries.
